Hello everyone!

We ( army ) called to the boss of the cafe where the previous lan was held and we have a nice info for all of you guys. We are allowed to make a second edition of the Forgotten Soldiers LAN.

BASIC INFO
When:

Friday & Saturday & Sunday 15-16-17 September

Supossed schedule:
- Friday ( Only Group A ) starting at 15:00 PM
- Saturday ( Group B and C ) starting at 9:00 AM
- Sunday ( Playoffs ) starting at 9:00 AM + Final around 22:00 PM
So this time it will be a 3days event.

Where:
Esport-Club München
Rossinistraße 17
85598 Vaterstetten – Baldham

Entry fee:
300€, - per team + prizes will go to the teams who managed to end at 1-8 place

We highly prefer 24 teams because it would be perfect assuming that we have 40PCs again.

If it comes to the maps. 5 standard maps + vallente this time instead of caen.

Head admin is mavoR and no this is not a troll guys We just want to see if the date fits for you guys + we would like to see how many ( serious ) teams are interested so please write comments below

Greetings kemahVAC!

That date is really not smart, it is way, way too early.

Hosting a lan before november is suicide. COD2 will always be, and always has been, dead during the summer, which totally makes sense. People start playing cod again when they go back to uni when the summer is over, in september. There is no way a LAN in september will succeed.

I spoke to a lot of people and everyone agreed that even october would probably be too early, November would be perfect.

Teams will start playing again in september, then they need to form teams, and then they need to practice. If you host a lan in november teams have about two months to do that, which is enough I think.

Great initiative, but please change the date to half november or so.

why remove trainstation? what's the point in switching maps when we have just established one as being viable.

we didn't even get a chance to play it but from what i can gather, other teams liked it

As many of you may think vio's a whining bitch. Cant say he isnt right here. People will be on holidays the weeks months before that and prac would be a mess. Think of people being away for 2 weeks and then the next player and then the next etc etc. I dont think its realistic to plan a LAN at this date. I do however like the initiative and would love to go to another lan again.

About the choise of maps its obviously up to the organiser, yet i think having another vote with the attending teams would be better.

These are my 2 cents, a lot of good luck organising everything!
