Bought this Headset (Sennheiser GSP 350) other day and it arrived today. Everything looked fine and normal but when i plugged it in the wheel at the ear to turn it up and down seems faulty. When you move it it crackles and 1 ear stops. The in-game sounds seem to be very bassy and its hard to pinpoint where the enemy is shooting from. Is there any settings I can use to fix this and has anyone had any problems with this headset before? I came from a SteelSeries Siberia V2 and the sound from that seems better.

At £120 its disappointing. Thinking about sending it back.

That doesn't sound normal. I'd say replace it at the shop.

I found out there is an option for different settings. Off, eSport, Game & Music. When using the eSport one things are very tin-ey wth no bass at all. The other settings are fucked up. Could use recommend any other headsets or just the Game zero one?
