As long it's TUP and there is an airport close it is no problem to go to any country. Eastern European countries are more welcoming to others than lets say the French.
I traveled for work in loads of European cities and the Benelux and eastern European ppl were awesome.
Another option would be UK, at least everybody speaks English there =D

Also some thing as currency convertion rate.. Going to the UK makes it more expensive for the EU players due to you currently only getting 0,80 pound to 1 euro.

Given the fact that most of the players are EU that would be something to consider aswell.

I know that this also means that it is more expensive for the UK players to come to EU I just wanted to give reason as to why hosting an UK lan would not be a good thing to do. Mostly all because people will complain that it is expensive because of the reason I stated above.

Why did you quote all of that lmao.

Epic LAN and iSeries aren't the only places you can set up a LAN event, they're just organisers.
There are plenty places in the UK where you can host a LAN - would be interesting to see Edinburgh LAN happen again, back when Vita Nova hosted it.

Germany is the best option by far. Its in the centre of europe , cheap food , hotels are fine.
Only issue is with the +18 thingy but there is an option to overcome that.

not too hot, havent had much time this week. i talked to some ppl and they said the government restricted +18 aged shooters to even be played "openly" thing we could do is like make the lan even an " club event" meaning every player paticipating would have to fill an apply to be in the club and then make the lan an official "club meeting". not sure if that would be worth the whole thingy.

i wouldnt for sure have the time to organize it on my own.

I think there is not too many players under 18. Is there any place for it with decent amount of PCs to make it happen?
