If you make it in UK you can probably forget about the teams from southern Europe. I think Austria/Germany would be the best option for everyone, since it is relatively close and cheap.

NL or BE is the location! I cant make it cheap for everyone so we have to choose somewhere!

Also Jason, Ill have to rent the cafe for 2 days + rent 30-40 PC's for the weekend, Do people not want prize money? haha!

idd, 4.50 € at Eintracht F. pub... anyway gl with the event.

4.50 for a beer?! jeeeeeeeesus...

Yes m8, 4.50 for Krombacher in local pub
Don't know about prices in .nl or .be but if you are going out after the LAN I'm not sure .de is real deal. Last time I was there Heineken in balkan club was around 6€ and bottle of vodka with 6/7 Red Bull was 98€..

For clubs it's always a bit more expensive, pretty much the same over here really. Though in pubs, personally I've never been in a pub where you had to pay more than 1.80€ for a beer. Trapists etc.. are always a bit more expensive, like drvy said, 3,50€ more or less. The prices you mentioned when you went clubbing, well, it's pretty much the same over here, also depends on which club you go to obviously, but I'd say.. 70-85€ for a bottle & with all the rest that comes with it, I'd say you get around the same pricetag.

Obviously I'm aware of tomorrow lans set up. However I don't know how previous lans were arranged. Is it generally 4 team groups then bo3 upper bracket and bo1 lower? Reason being, I love DE and heavily dislike SE. I'm exploring different tournament structures to ensure the tournament is finished in a timely manner and even the very worst team doesn't play 3-4 games and go home. I think that's key so that lesser players get a great experience too.

So I've had a look at a losers tournament (imagine Europa league) to run along side the main tournament amongst other things.

Anyway your thoughts would be appreciated.

For the love of god, please use DE. Groups as big as possible as time allows, use as much bo3 as the time allows.

How much time you have depends on a few things, how many teams are there, and how many pcs you have.
