Pretty sure theres no more league fees and its just basically premium + invite fees pp, idk why people are getting confused.

CGa should be 2-3 months of premium * 5

You just have to have an active premium subscription, which for 3 months is $29.95.

I believe this CSGO season does just scrape in just under 2 months and you could buy it monthly and just save if you sign up at the very last second, but in general across the site most leagues will be 10-12 week.

Next year our plans are for most games across the site to have as little down-time between seasons as possible to fit in with the new model. With each season starting almost immediately after the previous seasons grand final etc.

EDIT: CGd is a league version that PS use sometimes, stands for CG Development.

Edited once, 8/10/16 - 3:21pm.

would that mean the CGA season will be the same length as the others?

What you all fail to realise is that most of you pay more for ESEA league+subscription.

Yet with this you have access to tournaments with prize pools every week, like ESEA a pugging system which is still trying to be bettered with invite restrictions etc.

How is a business sustainable if it doesn't make any money? Stop being so quick to hop on the bandwagon of "cg is a money scamming website" and think before you type. Youre literally not even going to have to pay that much extra for your season and on top of that you get benefits...

Do not use ESEA as a comparative. Regardless of how much you pay for ESEA, in Open it's 10$ per player, 50$ naturally per team, the pug fee many people are happy to pay due to the quality of the ESEA pugging system, at the very least it's anti-cheat.

Premier, sure, a bit more dear, but the top two teams get all fees paid for flights and accommodation to a global LAN to compete against the best teams in the world.

Tell me that compares to the 4k first prize that CG offers in CS:GO CGp and I'll happily accept these new fees lmao.

CSGO will announce their stuff fairly soon, all of those questions can be asked/answered there.

Come on Fox you and I both know the pricing is ridiculous when team has to pay close to $200 for a season of CGA.
Don't worry $200 is nothing when I win the ipod nano giveaway and sell it!!!!

Except its not $200... Complaining for the sake of complaining.
Nah I'm just complaining for the sake of it, #RVC43BANDWAGON
