Team iNFINITE's lineup has been fairly stable in the past year or two, however there have now been two significant changes since the last lan event. Two of the longer-standing players have been replaced (smokeR due to inactivity and jape due to inability to attend TLS3) with two top players from Baws and GRS. This is one of, if not the most lannable team in CoD2 history, and there are no signs of letting up.
Players to watch out for:
Sk1LL - member or Tomorrowlan's all-star team and one of the top skilled players in the game today, not that it matters, but is banned on all the pub servers because he drops 80 frags per map as a hobby
swalker- - arguably the biggest reason for Gunrunners' recent success and one of the most feared riflers in the game, natural born codjumper, and an incredible frag hunter that a team can unleash in matches
superstar players, huge lan experience, serious training this time around
very different styles of play, temper/egos, significant lineup changes
Having huge lan experience and some of CoD2's current top players, this team can aim high. Some of the recent events, including the last one, have seen stellar performances and this might be their moment, as it very much seems that this is the strongest lineup that the organization has ever fielded and recent results seem to hint that, too. iNFINITE are also practicing a lot more leading up to this event than they have ever done in the past. However, it all very much depends on how the team gels and how the big personalities in it get along. iNFINITE are definitely capable of beating anyone on a good day and even going all the way with some luck along the way. At the same time, they seem to be able to lose to teams that would not necessarily be considered as the absolute top challenges from time to time, so the dice can really roll either way with these guys.
